Hi, I’m Alex!
I’m a Bio Summit organizer and co-lead of the Communications team, Bioethics track, and Communicating Science track.
When I’m not helping the team run Bio Summit online, I’m a mom, a reporter, a digital product manager, and a bioethicist. I research and write about emerging ethical issues in the community bio ecosystem as a Research Affiliate at the MIT Media Lab, and a researcher at Penn Dept. of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. Currently I am also an editor at Biodesigned magazine. (I know, it’s too many hats!)
