Sarah is an architect helping build and enchant medium-sized collective scaling infrastructures for relationship-based bio-processing operations. Recent past work includes delivering process architecture for ground-up construction of a 300,000SF clean-room blood fractionation plant in Texas, running a week-long cheese processing spa for commercial cheese makers in a village in the Italian alps, hosting a sad dinner party on a dredging barge overlooking ExxonMobil’s 95-acre oil terminal, and completing a feasibility study for a shared-use food processing facility on the site of a former coal plant machine shop in downtown Charleston WV.
