How to communicate science through powerful digital illustrations

Biosummit - Diana Mollocana.jpg

What:

A picture says much more than a thousand words. However, many researchers and scientists do not have the tools to turn their research into powerful illustrations that can communicate science in a universal language.

Therefore, in this workshop we will review useful and easy-to-use tools for generating scientific illustrations on the computer, such as Piktochart, BioRender, DataWrapper, Mind The Graph, Chemix and INKSCAPE.

In the end, you will create your own illustration to communicate science and we will have an open gallery for all participants.
