It's finally here! The biosafety handbook developed and written by and for the DIY(community) bio community is ready to launch. This "living" 18 chapter handbook is intended to grow alongside the community and will need the community's help to survive.

In this introductory talk, co-authors Todd Kuiken and Daniel Grushkin will introduce the handbook and set the stage for discussions and a workshop later in the day.
